The Right Side Prints
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns must be approved before sending items back. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free from odors, stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear
- In original packaging with tags attached
Items that appear worn, used for events or photoshoots, or returned in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Holiday Items
Holiday-themed items are non-returnable after December 15, unless the issue is due to our error, such as a wrong item, damaged item, or misprint.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom orders, including personalized designs, custom text, or special requests, are non-returnable unless the mistake is ours. If the error is on our end, we will replace or remake your item at no cost.
How to Request a Return
You can request a return by emailing us at Admin@therightsideprints.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
You may also request a return through your customer account by signing in, opening your order, selecting the item you want to return, and submitting your request.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the item you received and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
