Standard Shipping (Free on all orders): 3–7 business days
Custom orders may require 5–7 business days for shipping depending on the level of personalization.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Any optional upgraded or expedited shipping must be arranged manually by contacting us before placing your order.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email or SMS.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, reshipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We will assist when possible.
Damaged Items
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the item and the packaging so we can take care of it quickly.
