30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

All return and exchange requests must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligible Return Items

• Unworn and unused
• No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
• Original packaging with tags attached

Items returned in poor condition may not qualify for a refund.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable unless the mistake was made by our shop.

If we made an error, we'll replace or remake your item at no additional cost.

Holiday Items

Holiday-themed items are non-returnable after December 15, unless the issue is due to damage, a defect, or receiving the wrong item.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

The easiest way to request a return or exchange is through your customer account on our website.

Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (when applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or something just doesn't seem right, let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Contacting us first is the fastest way to resolve most issues. We can often help with a replacement, exchange, or refund much faster than a payment dispute.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer self-service exchanges for eligible items. Submit your exchange request through your customer account, or email us if you'd like a little help getting started.

Once your exchange request is approved, we'll provide return instructions and process your replacement as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Banks and credit card providers may take up to 10 business days to process refunds.
