30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

Eligible Return Items

• Unworn and unused
• No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
• Original packaging and tags attached

Items returned in poor condition may not qualify for a refund.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable unless the mistake was made by our shop.

If we made an error, we’ll replace or remake your item at no additional cost.

Holiday Items

Holiday-themed items are non-returnable after December 15 unless the issue is due to damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund approval.

• Banks may take up to 10 business days to process refunds
